It is our endeavour to provide you with the best possible customer service and hence we permit returns and exchanges as long as the product/s are unused, unwashed, not damaged, and are returned in saleable condition in with all original packaging, tags and invoices, except in the following circumstances:
– No returns or refunds will be accepted on International orders
– No returns or refunds will be accepted on discounted merchandise
– No returns or refunds will be accepted on altered or made-to-order items
You are required to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the package on [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return/ exchange, else the goods will be considered sold and no further requests will be entertained. We will revert to your email within 3 working days with an appropriate solution.
A refund will be issued to your original mode of payment in case of returnable merchandise. In case of an exchange, please mention the size you wish to receive as an exchange in the initial email. Exchange orders will be shipped upon receipt of the returned order.
Refund T&C for Online orders – Refund will be issued within 7-10 working days from the date of receipt & mode of refund will be the original method of payment (except in case of COD).
You are requested to inform us via within 48 hours of receiving the order on our email ID- [email protected]. Any request received after the returnable window are not eligible for returns/exchange.

You will arrange return of parcel through a reputed logistics carrier (Air Shipment Only). You are requested to keep the package ready with all original packing, tags and invoice copy and ship it to the following address:

Once we receive the products in original condition, we shall confirm acceptance of the return request and you will be provided refund to your original mode of payment. In case of COD we will require bank account details in the customer’s name. In case of exchange request, we shall ship the new item(s) on receipt and acceptance of the product in original condition. Additional shipping charges may apply on exchange requests.
